OUR WORK PLANNING FOR THE YEAR 2021-2022

(1). To provide proper value of crops without any commission to the farmers.

(2). To provide training to the farmers for farming with modern technologies and scientific systems.

(3) To create "SELF HELP GROUP" (स्वयं सहायता समूह) under "WOMEN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM" and prepare the "PUSHTAHAR" for "ANGANWARI CHILDREN".

(4). For making "POLLUTION FREE ENVIROMENT" the company buys the waste material from the field like paddy straw, wheat residue, mustard wood, corn stalk, sugarcane leaves, and also cow, buffalo dung etc.

(5). To make "YUVA SHAKTI SELF RELIANT"(युवा शक्ति को आत्मनिर्भर), company teaches crop processing and make farmers the "ENTERPRENEUR" (उद्यमी) by making brand of District (ODOP) under "AGRICULTURE ENTERPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPEMENT" (कृषि उद्यमिता विकास).

(6). To improve the health of soil, company prepares non-toxic organic fertilizer, Bio Zyme, Organic Manure, "JAIVIK KHAD", Phosphobacteria, Cattle Feed, Spices, Multigrain Flour, Herbal Tea, Oatmeal, Gram flour, Incense sticks, Incense light and much more.

(7). To protect the farmers from middlemen (बिचौलियों) and double their income.

(8). Our main aim is to make farmers' prosperous. We sell their products across country and world market (विश्व बाजार) and they will get their value at home.

(9). To open the commission free (कमीशन मुक्त) grain collection centers also MSP centers to purchase farmers' ready crops.

(10). To help the "SELF HELP GROUPS" (स्वयं सहायता समूहों), FPOs, FPCs, NGOs, for uplifting their products, farmers and making the farmers "SHARE HOLDERS".

(11). We are helping the farmers to grow the "AUSHADHI, AROMATIC" crops in place of "TRADITIONAL" crops on agreement bases for doubling their agriculture based income.

(12). To help the farmers on establishing the "SOLAR PUMP" on 50% to 90% subsidy and 80% to 90% subsidy on "DRIP IRRIGATION".

(13). We are producing "Pure Organic Grains, Vegetables, Fruits, Cereals, Pulses Etc. For making Indians' Health Deceases free. (बिष मुक्त भोजन खाओ, स्वस्थ जीवन पाओ!).

(15). To provide all the seed, pesticide, insecticide and fertilisers to the farmers "DEALERS, DISTRIBUTERS and mediators free. (RAKPCL का सपना, सम्रद्ध हो किसान अपना!).

(16). Promoting the best means of rural livelihoods for fisheries, poultry, beekeeping etc. and interacting with experts and benefiting from government schemes.
